Honor the Strategic Commitment
We worked closely with Lowe’s prior leadership to move Harbor Breeze production to North America in order to reduce costs, shorten lead times, shift from import to domestic programs, and advance our shared strategic goals.
Award the Transition Business
Move forward with the Harbor Breeze transition SKUs Lowe’s already selected and Eran has already tooled, together with the annual volumes needed to support the investments already made.dy selected and we tooled, and the associated annual volumes needed to support the investments already made.
Give Clear Timing Visibility
We were asked to prepare these transition SKUs for launch in Januray 2026 first under Jonathan and later June 2026 under Nichole. Continued changes in timing make it harder to plan capacity, capital, and execution effectively.
Complete the Approval Path
Finalize the QA, inventory planning, onboarding, and other internal approvals already underway so the program can move from preparation to shelf.
